We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success. You will lead a team, develop sales strategies, conduct market research, and collaborate with various departments to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through creative and collaborative initiatives.
- Sales Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

Qualifications and Requirements:
