As a Business Development Executive (Social Media Researcher), you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success. You will leverage social media platforms for market research, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with various departments to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Research:
    • Conduct comprehensive research on social media platforms to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
    • Analyze social media data to gather insights and inform business strategies and sales approaches.
  • Sales Development:
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
    • Use insights gained from social media research to tailor sales pitches and strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Utilize social media platforms to engage with potential and existing clients.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with HR, marketing, and product development teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
    • Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for research and business development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
